Please bring "CD" of prior chest images with you to the clinic visit for physician to review.

          Even if they are online, there are periodic problems with the internet and radiology systems that can happen.

Please have a copy of previous pulmonologist records (if available) and primary care records.

Please have a copy of prior lung function testing (if available).
